U.S. President Donald Trump celebrated his 80th birthday with a big party last weekend. On the occasion, it became clear, once again. that the president is no longer in the best of health.

Donald Trump is the first president required to undergo a medical check-up every six months. The fact that doctors subject him to all sorts of examinations and tests at that frequency indicates that the president’s inner circle is, to put it mildly, concerned about Trump’s physical condition.

Reportedly, he was examined by no fewer than 22 different doctors during his last check-up. According to earlier reports, he was examined by eleven specialists in 2019 and fourteen in 2025.

He has fallen asleep several times in the Oval Office while people were talking to him, and also during cabinet meetings, Jonathan Reiner, a cardiologist and professor of medicine at George Washington University, told CNN after the results of Trump’s most recent examination were released. A statement that landed him on the White House’s list of “media offenders.”

When Trump attended the third game of the NBA Finals at Madison Square Garden in New York last week, a video went viral on social media in which the president appeared to be dozing off. "Wake up, damn it," was the reaction of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a member of the U.S. Congress and one of the leading figures of the Democratic Party, to the video on X.

On Sunday, Donald Trump sat in the front row at the cage fighting tournament he organized on the South Lawn of the White House, between his wife Melania and Dana White, the CEO of the UFC. He wore a white cap, which caught the attention of many followers. Reactions on social media were swift: according to his biggest opponents, the cap was meant to hide his face in case he fell asleep...
